CANCEL PENALTIES

To avoid a cancel penalty from our agency we suggest to buy trip insurance to avoid all fees. Otherwise cancel fee’s are the following:

• Hawaii Destination $300 per person
• Mexico Destination $250 per person
• Caribbean Destination $300 per person
• Europe Destination $400 per person
• Tahiti Destination $400 per person
• Fiji Destination $400 per person
• Asia Destination $400 per person
• Australia Destination $400 per person
• New Zealand Destination $400 per person
• Costa Rica Destination $300 per person

The above fees do not include any third party fee’s that will be added. Such as airlines, hotels, and other vendors.

DISPUTES

Although this is very rare for our agency but, if any disputes are encountered booking your trip that involves charge backs to a credit card or by check. All information received to our agency will be used to clear up any matters.  This includes emails, itineraries, text messages, and phone messages.
